About Jennifer Brasfield

Jennifer Brasfield has been the Executive Director of the Riverwalk Adult Day Services since 2019. She has been a master’s level social worker for over 20 years and has worked with all ages, environments, and disabilities. She also holds a master’s in administration from Aurora University and certificates in Gerontology, Brain Health, and Healthy Aging. She is a member of the Dementia Friendly Naperville Task Force and a founding member of the Dementia Leadership Network at Rush. She is a co-facilitator for the Naperville Memory Café and the Stress Busters for Caregivers class. She is a member of the Continuity of Care organization, the Vice President of the Association of Senior Service Providers, the Program Chair for the Naperville-Lisle Triad, and serves on the advisory committee for AgeGuide, the area agency on aging.
