About Rick Graffagna

Rick began his career in senior housing placement by purchasing an Assisted Transition franchise, with his wife, Pam in 2012 which was later renamed to senior Solutions. During this time, Rick has developed a vast amount of knowledge as it pertains to the senior housing industry and is recognized as a leader in the industry. Rick has played a pivotal role in the industry serving on the boards of several organizations – including Association of Senior Service Providers (ASSP); Naperville – Lisle TRIAD as secretary; and Continuity of Care - Alpha Chapter – current President. Rick has also been thrilled to be a sponsor at several Alzheimer’s Walks. Prior to joining the senior industry – Rick had several leadership roles with retail organizations including – Jewel Food Stores; Cub Foods; USA Baby; and Toys R Us – on local, regional and national levels.
